Description
The Tidel EasyPoint 3400 is engineered to meet the demands of modern retail ATM locations that require flexibility, branding capability, and enhanced security. Designed as one of Tidel’s most advanced retail ATM platforms, the 3400 combines strong visual appeal with robust internal architecture for long-term reliability.
A standout feature of the 3400 is its 10.4-inch color LCD display, offering four times the resolution of traditional dial-up ATM screens. This high-resolution display makes it easy to customize branding, promotional content, and on-screen messaging—helping businesses reinforce their identity while improving the customer experience.
At the core of the EasyPoint 3400 is the Tidel Cash Dispensing Mechanism (TCDM), which supports expandable cash configurations from one to four cassettes. This scalability allows operators to increase cash capacity at a reduced cost as transaction volume grows, making the 3400 a future-ready solution for multi-location deployments.
Security is built into every layer of the 3400. The machine includes a UL 291 Business Hours–listed vault, Visa Encrypting PIN Pad (VEPP), and Triple DES (3DES) encryption, providing peace of mind for both business owners and customers. Optional upgrades include UL 291 Level 1 safes, electronic vault locks, and enhanced intrusion protection.
Additional standard features include a dip-style card reader upgradeable to EMV smart card technology, thermal graphics receipt printer, integrated ATM signage, private audio transaction hardware, and constant monitoring and logging of vault access. The 3400 is also ADA compliant, ensuring accessibility across a wide range of retail environments.
Commonly installed in convenience stores, gas stations, retail chains, and high-traffic commercial locations, the Tidel EasyPoint 3400 delivers an excellent balance of branding capability, cash capacity, and security. Backed by ATM Wholesaler’s nationwide support, service options, and wholesale pricing, the 3400 Series is a strong choice for businesses seeking a scalable, professional-grade retail ATM.
