Powered by an embedded PC-based platform running Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 with Triton’s X2 technology, the RL1600 supports Windows file formats, making it easy to add custom logos, screen graphics, and advertising content. This enables ATM owners to promote branding, coupons, and on-screen messaging that drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
The RL1600 features a 5.7-inch VGA full-color display (640 × 480) and a 60 mm graphic thermal receipt printer, delivering a clean, modern user experience. Its compact footprint ensures it fits comfortably in space-limited retail environments without sacrificing functionality.
Connectivity options are robust and flexible. The RL1600 includes TCP/IP networking (standard), a 56K dial-up Triton USB modem, and optional wireless, VSAT (satellite), or radio pad communication capabilities. This flexibility allows deployment across a wide range of infrastructure environments.
Security and compliance are built in. The RL1600 includes a UL 291 Business Hours cabinet, PCI-compliant encrypting PIN pad, Triple DES (TDES) encryption, and full ADA compliance, including audio support for visually impaired users. Optional electronic locks and additional security features can be added as needed.
Standard cash handling includes a single cassette Talaris™ MiniMech® dispenser supporting up to 1,000 notes, with sliding access for easy servicing.
